The AOL Time Warner Securities Litigation Settlement
On June 14, 2013, Court issued an Order Directing Final Disbursement of Net Settlement
Sum and DOJ Funds (the "Final Distribution Order"). In accordance with the Final
Distribution Order, checks were mailed to eligible class members who had cashed
their previous residual distribution checks. The final distribution of the Net Settlement
Fund and DOJ Funds has now been completed. Pursuant to the Final Distribution Order,
all settlement funds remaining after that final distribution will be disbursed to
pay any remaining tax and bank expenses and to the Settlement Administrator in full
satisfaction of its unpaid fees and expenses. As a result, the settlement funds
have been exhausted and there will be no further payments to any class members.
SEC v. David M. Colburn, et al., (the "Colburn Fair Fund")
Distribution payments in this matter went stale on April 2, 2013, and we are no
longer authorized to process any reissues. As per the Court-approved Distribution
Plan, Gilardi is currently preparing to transfer all unclaimed or unallocated funds
remaining in the Colburn Fair Fund to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,
which in turn will pay those funds to the Unites States Treasury.
